Groups can be created to control access to student data. Groups can be created to control access to student data. There are two types of groups: Super Groups and Classes. The Super groups are groups that can be assigned to users for example: Case Managers have an assigned group of clients; a super group can be created for them so they only have access to those students. Case managers can create sub groups from their super group. Classes are self-explanatory. They are created for instructors. If you would like users to have access to all students they need to be assigned to the All Clients group.
